We created the Passion Project to combat rising levels of youth unemployment and disaffection.
The initiative, designed in collaboration with young people, helps individuals identify a career that matches their interests. By using passion as the motivation for learning and development, we inspire individuals to identify who they want to be in life as opposed to what they want to do.
The Passion Project continues to develop its self-sustaining network of partners – drawn from a number of public, private and third sector organisations – in order to provide opportunities and create pathways for young people into training and employment.
